Hashing in Bangkok since 1977. Bangkok Hash. Bangkok Hash House Harriers (BH3).

The Bangkok Hash House Harriers are to hold an Outstation Run in Prachuap Kiri Khan province from West to East along the narrowest part of Thailand on the weekend of Saturday 13th August 2022. Friday 12 August is a national holiday in honour of the birthday of Her Majesty Queen Sirikit the Queen Mother.
The Hare is Ian ‘Codpiece’ Potter and co-hare Ed ‘Checkless’ Checkley.
It is an open hash and all hashers are welcome, blokes, girls and anyone inbetween. This weekend event will include the main run and a hangover run kindly set by the Siam Sunday HHH, plus transport from the meeting point (the Hadthong hotel), food and drink, and possibly more!
The trail is an A to B run. There will be both a runners trail of about 12Km, and a walkers trail of about 6 Km. The run will start from as close to the Thai border with Myanmar, at the narrowest part of Thailand as possible, and finish on the beach of the Gulf of Thailand.
The outstation run will be based in the town of Prachuap Kiri Khan where there are a number of hotels and restaurants. Runners will be picked up at the Hadthong Hotel meeting point and taken to the start point A by bus. After a traditional circle at point B on the beach, runners will be taken by bus back to Prachuap Kiri Khan to the On On On restaurant. It is a 30 minute drive from the town to Point A, and a 30 minute back from point B
This will be an excellent weekend Outstation event in lovely countryside with a refreshing swim at the end of the run on the beach.
